People Bridge understands that skills training and education is a direct pathway out of poverty. Likewise, improving the health conditions of a community can lead to a better quality of life for all.
Projects are selected and managed by local contacts under a well structured and accountable plan. There is strength in numbers and as we build hope through giving, your support can make a difference in the lives of others.

The organization continues to provide financial assistance to a wide range of charitable causes. From small to moderately sized community projects, People Bridge connects people in need with the resources to succeed.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES
Promoting health care with individuals and communities by developing, and initiating projects that improve sanitary conditions, teach hygiene, provide the means to live in a hygienic environment and provide health care.
Relieving poverty by developing and initiating projects which provide for the necessities of life as well as providing basic life skills to help people break the cycle of poverty.

The People Bridge Charitable Foundation. supported us in a project to create and build a garden to harvest vegetables so kids from The Malezi School in Nairobi have food when attending the school. Thanks to The People Bridge Charitable Foundation, we successfully launched a fundraiser dedicated to enhancing our residential program at The Tewegan Housing. Their collaboration enabled us to raise crucial funds, which were instrumental in covering a portion of the costs for new mattresses essential to our residents' comfort and well-being.

Most projects are a one off to completion set with specific goals and verification. Some initiatives such as Malawi and Alpha Boys have several Phases creating new project goals and verifications.
Most projects are less than five thousand Canadian dollars.
Donations: We use Canada Helps to process donations and provide donation tax receipts. Donations can be made using credit cards, or you can now donate publicly traded securities (shares or mutual funds) directly to the charity without having to pay the capital gains tax. This is a cost-effective way to make a donation that comes with a substantial tax incentive. By donating securities, donors pay no tax on capital gains, receive a tax receipt for the fair market value of the securities, as well as reduce their taxes.

People Bridge Charitable Foundation hosts events once or twice a year. Support and funding for specific projects are also initiated by the Project Coordinators to their network connections. These are usually local to the Toronto area.
